All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before submission. dwi11 will not cancel or amend bets except in cases of obvious errors or system malfunctions. If you believe a bet was placed incorrectly due to a technical issue, you must contact customer support immediately.
Maximum and minimum stake limits apply to all bets and vary by game type and User status. dwi11 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at our discretion, particularly for Users who consistently win large amounts.
For sports betting, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. Settlement times vary by sport and may take up to seventy-two hours for certain events.
